Privacy Policy

Wraith · Effective August 2, 2026

Wraith is built to keep your data on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your content, we do not require an account, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal information. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Information we collect

None. Wraith has no user accounts and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Your conversations, documents, tasks, notes, and any data you create stay in local storage on your device. We have no ability to access them.

How your data is processed

Wraith runs open-source AI models directly on your device. Chat, document reading, transcription, and other core features work entirely offline once the necessary model files are downloaded.

When data leaves your device

Data leaves your device only when you explicitly trigger it, in these limited cases:

Wraith includes an on-device privacy ledger that shows you exactly what has left your device and where.

Health data

If you grant access, Wraith reads a summary of Health data (such as steps, sleep, and heart rate) on your device only, to provide context in your requests. This data is never transmitted off the device and is never written back to Health.

Device permissions

Wraith may ask for access to the microphone, camera, location, calendar, reminders, contacts, motion, and notifications. Each is used only for the feature you invoke, is processed on-device, and none of it is transmitted to us.

Children's privacy

Wraith is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Because we collect no information at all, no such data is gathered.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
